Overview

Visa Signature is a premium Credit Card which offers cardholders with special packages, special offers and upgrades at hotels, resorts and locations, that regular Visa cardholders may not be entitled to. The Visa Signature site, houses the content which informs cardholders of their benefits and current offers. A challenge that Visa faces is that many Signature cardholders don't know that they have a Signature card. And of the cardholders who do know that they have a Signature card, many aren't aware of the offers and perks available online.

AKQA were tasked with analyzing areas of opportunity on the site where optimizations could improve site traffic, and provide users with relevant information regarding cardholder benefits in a manageable manner.
